Sindicatum, through a wholly owned subsidiary, PLG Photovoltaic Ltd., owns a 20MWp solar project in the Patan District in the state of Gujarat, India. The plant was commissioned in 2012 under the Gujarat State solar development program, and has been operating at a high capacity factor since completion. PLG Photovoltaic has a 25 year Power Purchase Agreement with the state electricity distribution company, Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).

Power produced by the solar farm is evacuated to the grid via an interconnection to the 66kV transmission line located one-half kilometer from the site. The location enjoys the same high level of insolation as our SSEG project.
