Nick has over 10 years experience in international M&A, project finance and commodity transactions in the energy sector, working on large scale IPPs, oil and gas acquisitions and power and gas trading matters.

Nick is a UK qualified lawyer, and prior to joining Sindicatum , worked as senior counsel for LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP and Denton Wilde Sapte in London.

He is a graduate of Oxford University.
